Compliance Solutions Canada (CSC) is looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative
who will be working in a call center environment located in Vaughan On. The applicant
should preferably have a background in business to business selling. Experience in the
areas of health and safety and/or industrial sales would be an asset. The successful
applicant will be responsible for managing the customer relationship from initial sale
through after sales service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sales; inbound 30% and outbound calling 70% to customers and prospects.
- Providing product and compliance solutions for customer requirements with
the aid of internal resources.
- Processing orders and returns.
- Maintaining a customer database; account information, generating leads,
converting quotes, and closing orders.
- Keeping up to date with new products /policies / procedures.
Skill Requirements:

Call Center Experience

Inbound and outbound calling that focuses on establishing relationships.

Add-on and Up-selling skills.

Ability to produce results and achieve sales targets.

Health and Safety Product Knowledge

Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English.

Previous experience in Sales and Customer Service.

Goal oriented, self motivated, organized, efficient, punctual and reliable,
enjoys helping people.
Compensation: Base compensation (depending on experience) $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
plus a commission plan.
